Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Eat Verdure subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — not immediately:

  • Monthly plan: your subscription remains active until the last day of the current monthly billing cycle. You will not be charged again after that date.
  • Annual plan: your subscription remains active until the last day of the current annual billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
  • After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. No content is deleted — your saved recipes remain accessible.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation. You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or verified technical failures that prevented access to the Service. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason.

However, by using the Service after subscribing — for example by generating recipes or saving content — you expressly request that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited upon use, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have not yet used the Service after subscribing, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Payment Processing

All payments and refund transactions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Depending on your payment method and bank, approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
